Meet The Founder

Natalie Rees, Founder, started working in the flooring industry in 1988, within a family run business that saw her quickly progress within the company from a temporary admin role to a Contracts Manager and then Contracts Director.

During this time gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience in administration, communication, networking, general accounting / bookkeeping, estimating, negotiation, site surveys & measures, digital take offs and Contracts Management.

Overseeing each project from receipt of Sub Contract Order through to completion and Final Account agreement, including Procurement / Call Off Delivery schedule, Programme planning / sequencing, sourcing labour / installation teams, and to oversee & manage quality standards and Health & Safety on site. And as Contracts Director overseeing, supporting & mentoring a team of Contracts Managers & operatives throughout a 35 year career with Rees Flooring.

Following the closure of the family business, Natalie decided to offer her skills / services to other Flooring Contractors, and other Sub Contract Trades where her knowledge and network can be applied to simplify and or ease the workload of others and or grow their business connections.
